As mentioned earlier, it can be used by the teenager however caution must be used to avoid stimulating the presence of acne which they are often attempting to rid themselves of. Taking large amounts can stimulate this situation and will be noticed near the chin or jawline. Caution also must be taken if there is an allergic reaction to biotin. If a person begins to experience swelling in the throat, rashes appearing, or nausea, discontinue using it immediately.
